Brisket was spot on.....tender, juicy. Nice crispness to it from a quick sear on a flattop, and great smoke ring from a nice slow ride in the smoker! Wood chip appetizer was wonderful...especially with the shaved burnt ends on top! Great food, great portions, and great prices! I'll be back!April 25, 2017
